Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, schedule the visit, carry out the repair and follow up on warranty matters. We may contact you about your specific job. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your say-so.
Our site uses standard analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. This may involve cookies and aggregated data such as pages viewed and general location. It helps us improve the site and isn't used to identify you personally.
We share your details only where it's necessary to serve you — for example with a parts supplier to source the right component. We never pass your information to third parties for their own marketing.
