Plans change, and that's fine. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, just let us know at least 4 working hours before the booked window so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Cancelling with reasonable notice costs nothing. If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived, a call-out charge may apply to cover the trip and the time set aside for you.
If we arrive within the agreed window and can't get access — no one home, or the appliance unreachable — that counts as a missed visit, and a call-out fee may be charged for the wasted trip.
Where we've ordered a special or non-returnable part for your repair, the cost of that part may still be payable if you cancel, since it was bought specifically for your appliance.
Occasionally we may need to reschedule — a previous job overruns, or a part doesn't arrive in time. If that happens we'll tell you as early as we can and rebook at the first opportunity that suits you, at no cost to you.
